1. Returns overview

We stand behind the products we deliver. This policy covers returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, and product warranties, for purchases made on craft.amezay.com.

2. Custom and commission production

CRAFT products are largely produced to order (custom / bulk). Under applicable Turkish law, goods produced to the customer's specification are generally exempt from the 14-day distance-sales withdrawal right. Custom and personalized items are therefore non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Eligible returns

• Damaged in transit — report within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and goods.
• Defective goods — report within 14 days of delivery; repair, replacement, or refund will be offered.
• Incorrect items — wrong product, quantity, or specifications versus the accepted quote; report within 7 days of delivery.

4. How to request a return

Contact us via the contact page or gov@amezay.com within the stated periods, providing your order reference, the issue, and supporting photos. We will respond with instructions and, where applicable, return authorization.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank transfer to the customer's account) within 14 days of approval, after the returned goods are received and inspected (where return was requested), or immediately when no return is needed.

6. Warranty

Manufacturer warranty applies to covered products as stated in the accepted quote or product documentation. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover misuse, unauthorized modification, natural wear, or external damage after delivery.

7. Non-returnable items

• Customized and personalized goods (except damaged/defective/incorrect).
• Items returned without return authorization.
• Items returned outside the stated period or without required evidence.
