1. Acceptance

By accessing or using craft.amezay.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms govern use of the public online sales site; any separate sales, reseller, Master, Dealer, Sub-Tenant, or services agreement with Amezay is governed by its own executed contract.

2. About the Site

The Site presents the CRAFT Global Trusted Manufacturing & Commerce Network operated by Amezay. The Site lets visitors browse certified product categories, add products to a quote, submit order requests, and learn about network pricing. All products and services are offered subject to availability and final confirmation by Amezay Craft.

3. Orders and quotes

Submitting an order request or adding items to a quote constitutes a request for a verified quote, not a binding offer. Orders on the Site are completed only after you accept our written quote. Prices shown are indicative and may be updated at any time. The binding price is the price stated in the quote you accept.

4. Payment

Payments to Amezay Craft are currently collected by bank transfer to the Amezay Craft IBAN shown on the Site. Your order starts production only after payment is confirmed. The Site may add card payment capability in the future; such features will be described in a separate payment policy.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with, probe, or overload the Site or related infrastructure.
• Do not submit unlawful, misleading, or third-party personal data without a lawful basis.
• Do not scrape or reuse Site content for competing commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Intellectual property

All Site content, including the CRAFT network, product catalogs, and associated materials, is owned by Amezay or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. No license is granted beyond the limited right to view the Site. CRAFT, AMEZAY, and related marks are trademarks of Amezay.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Amezay disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Product images are representative; actual goods may differ slightly.

8. Third-party links

The Site may reference third-party tools, payment services, or standards. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; courts of Tokat, Türkiye have exclusive jurisdiction to the extent mandatory law permits.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
