How do I place an order?
Add products to your quote on the store, complete the order form, and submit. Our team prepares a verified quote using certified manufacturer pricing.
How are products produced?
Every order is produced by a verified, Amezay-certified manufacturer. Production is monitored with photo evidence and quality checks before shipment.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production time depends on the product and quantity. Our quote always includes an estimated production and delivery schedule. Bulk and custom runs may take longer.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept bank transfer to the Amezay Craft IBAN. Card (KK) payments will be added soon.
Can I check my order's traceability?
Yes. Each order is traceable by barcode/evidence from production, quality control, packaging and shipment through to delivery.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes — see our Returns, Refunds & Warranty policy. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are eligible for return or replacement.
How do I become a Master or Sub-Tenant?
Contact us via the contact page to discuss becoming a Master, Dealer or Sub-Tenant on the network. Partner login is available at /partner.
Are the products customizable?
Yes. Most products support your logo, colors and specifications. Add your details to the order form and our team confirms feasibility with the manufacturer.
